Carol Ann Thank you for coming by this morning after all that stretching we did at body flow.

Thank you for checking out the blog and no I have not built my dream bike yet, it is just in the wishful thinking design stage.

I do love running and that keeps me in shape also; that feels like exercise - biking is just fun to do and experience.

Thank you for your kind comments.

I read your bio and am impressed with your ideas and talents as an architect. I know cycling is one of your passions, but I didn't see anything about running...did I miss it? Are you going to build or have built your dream bicycle? I don't even have clipless pedals...my cycling passion is very limited...I just like to ride!

Cool website and congratulations on getting it up and "running."
