Thank you for coming by - Tom is still not home tonight so I will get a comment back to you.

The first house Tom built was a passive solar new house - very fun place to start our family!  I will look forward to reading your post tomorrow.

It was a quick mention, the solar tank less HW heater in one of the 20 newsletters I read for Tom each week and there was no link.  This is why I did not include a link.  A Pennsylvania Professor has a working model and it has gone into the second level of testing results...that was about it. Tom wants me to keep casting around to find more information too.

This afternoon I&#039;m going to a talk by Nabih Tahan of Berkeley, who has renovated an existing Berkeley home into a passive house. It should be very interesting, and I plan to put up a post tomorrow with the key points he brings up. 

BTW, I&#039;m very interested in the tankless solar water heater - can you provide a link for that?</description>
